CHI-KA is a Dubai based womenswear brand and art space, founded by Nina & Nemanja Valjarevic in 2013. Collections consist of Japanese kimonos, abayas and kaftans. Our atelier, retail space and gallery is located in Alserkal Avenue - Dubai’s vibrant cultural district, from where we run a cultural program that brings together Japan and the Middle-East through design, fine art, craft, food and performance.

CHI-KA distributes Japanese tatami, premium hand-made washi paper, and sources Japanese design & craft. We offer creative consulting services for private and corporate clients in search of Japanese themed activations & know-how.

The space opened in 2016 and was designed by architect Takeshi Murayama and designer Manabu Ozawa.
